We’re expanding our team and are searching for a Service Delivery Manager. Would you like to be a part of our exciting change journey?

The Position

As a Service Delivery Manager you have the operational responsibility for the day-to-day work in our project teams and planning together with clients. Your ability to cooperate and carry out results has a big impact on project efficiency, client satisfaction and team spirit.

Our teams are always cross-functional and you will have close collaboration with project managers, account directors, creatives, designers, developers as well as experts in research and analysis. We are proud to be working with clients such as L’oréal Paris, Pågen, Studentwork, ASSA Abloy, ADB SAFEGATE, Advokatbyrån Lindahl among other great companies.

Your main responsibilities will include:  

  • Coordination and continuous follow-up on activities, timesheets and budget - internally in the project teams and externally with clients
  • Daily Stand-Ups, backlogs and scrum meetings
  • Translate technical specifications and ensure that we have the technical perspective and resource in place to deliver on time and budget
  • Manage resources and staffing throughout the projects
  • Keep a continuous dialogue with our Nordic Morning colleagues in Stockholm and Helsinki regarding resource management
  • Scoping of smaller projects and proposals/budget proposals to client
  • Find and implement “smarter ways of working”, keeping up with the latest agile methodologies and ensuring we’re up to date when planning for workflows, project material and delivery services
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through service delivery, a proactive dialogue and efficiency in our projects
  • Be the day-to-day bounce-board and first point of escalation for project-, process- and task related queries.

You bring at least a few years of experience in project management and building client relationships. Most likely you have been working in a tech-related company or a consultancy business. Your solution-oriented mindset and ability to structure and organise people, process and tasks is key to be to successful in this position.
