We’re now looking for an User Experience Lead to be part of the Design & Service Development-team in Malmö.

The position
In the position as User Experience Lead, you will take the lead within our UX projects and work with creative and analytical thinking through the design process. In the team, you will, with the user in focus, work on solutions and design the product's structure and functions.
You are great at understanding the clients and their end customers, boiling it down to detailed solutions to your team, which allows us to create great customer experiences. You are confident in meeting and consulting the client and you master a large set of tools and methods to get the insights needed to bring the most value to the project.
Leading workshop facilitation is something you find rewarding and you master Design Thinking to solve the problems in the right ways. You have an analytical mindset and you know what questions to ask, and most importantly, you know when and how to listen to users, clients and stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and design user experiences and digital products
- Transform insights and research into conceptual ideas and innovative user experiences
- Be part of de-briefing and presentations of conceptual ideas with clients and stakeholders
- Pushing ideas into practice at an early stage in the projects to be able to test and evaluate ideas, concepts and user flows
- Pitching ideas and solutions towards clients
- Work in projects cross-nordic with your colleagues in Stockholm and Helsinki
- Inspire and develop through workshops, efficient tools & methods and internal training
- Make sure Nordic Morning’s ways of working reflects the latest methods within UX/UI
Our teams are cross-functional, gathering specialists within design, communications, content production, martech, media, tech and project management. You will be part of a team of 8 and report to the Teamlead of Design & Service Development.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience from User Experience and digital product development, with focus on webb
- You are comfortable in design and prototype tools such as Sketch, InVision Adobe XD and alike
- You have most likely worked at a digital agency and are used to work with clients
- You are used to working closely with developers, SEO specialists, analysts and creatives
- Bachelor's degree in interaction design, UX or similar
- Fluent in Swedish & English
