We’re expanding our team and are searching for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner. Would you like to be a part of our exciting change journey?

The Position

As HR Business Partner, you will drive the strategic people agenda in your area of responsibility by coaching and sparring the leaders in our organisation and supporting them in their daily people-related tasks. As Nordic Morning Group is in the middle of a transformation, the job requires a great deal of change leadership and development work.

You will be a part of the Nordic HR Team and support our managers in Sweden. In addition, you will be responsible for driving agreed country level people practices and you will also contribute to strategic group level initiatives.

Some of your main responsibilities will be;

  • Act as Business Partner for local Business Area Management
  • Coach, sparr and support leaders in their people-related responsibilities, including recruitment.
  • Be a trusted advisor and HR subject matter expert.
  • Initiate, conceptualize and execute people processes with focus on talent, leadership & culture
  • Be a part of developing processes around other people related areas such as well as well-being, work environment and employee engagement
  • Contribute to the development of the People Group Function

We expect you to be a senior HR generalist with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience and solid knowledge of people processes and Swedish Labour Law. In addition, you have in depth competence in some of the strategic HR areas, such as leadership development, employee engagement or cultural change. You have the ability to show direction and co-create & conceptualize new solutions. Your good project skills help you in securing effective implementation. The job requires excellent Swedish and English skills (both oral and written).

As a person you are structured with the ability to execute on a strategic and hands-on level. You have a business oriented mindset and thrive in an environment that breathes of change and transformation. You are capable of working in an organised way both independently and in a team and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
