Experience Strategist, Malmö

We’re looking for a business-savvy Experience Strategist with great curiosity and drive to understand and improve our client’s end-to-end customer journey. This position will be part of our Malmö agency to strengthen our strategic offering further. You will get the chance to be part of - and contribute to - our growth and exciting future in close collaboration with our agencies in Stockholm and Helsinki. You probably have a background from UX- or Service Design. 

The position

As an Experience Strategist, you will take the lead in understanding the client’s real business needs and problems. You will work in cross-functional teams and take a human-centered approach to define (or redefine) the right opportunity and the right problem to solve. You can “paint the picture” to communicate the vision and master the tools needed to prove ideas - with both clients and your team. You’ll provide strategic input throughout the creation of the products, vision and conception from launch to optimization. As an Experience Strategist, you are responsible for leading agile projects and the design thinking behind them - as well as orchestrating the actual craft behind it.

  • Lead, drive and challenge our projects and clients to innovate and make change
  • Research, facilitate workshops and hands on work to map our client’s needs 
  • Develop roadmaps and deliver amazing customer experiences
  • Present to clients and gain their trust while focusing on strategy and approach

You will report directly to the Agency Director. 


  • We think you have 10 years of experience and you have worked in an agency with a client-facing role. It’s plus if you have experience from a creative agency
  • You have a background from UX/Service-design 
  • Deep knowledge and experience of user-centered approaches, design thinking, and agile methods
  • Deep knowledge in a variety of research methods and developing insights for our clients
  • Great presentation skills - you enjoy that! 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree
