Talent Acquisition Partner

Nordic Morning is in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Stockholm. This is a temporary position, a one year cover for maternity leave with start in January.

The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Partner your main responsibility is to support our managers in talent attraction and recruitment. You will also have a part in developing our onboarding practices and strongly contribute to developing a positive employee experience.

You are a true recruitment professional with experience from the whole recruitment lifecycle. As a key player in our Swedish HR team, you work close to business in tight cooperation with the recruiting managers, as well as external partners and vendors. You are responsible for implementing effective, proactive recruitment strategies to address immediate and future talent needs.

In your role you will:

  • Coach and support recruiting managers all throughout the recruitment process
  • Secure the external talent pipeline by sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Be involved in activities around employer branding and onboarding

We believe that you have a relevant university degree and at least 3–5 years of experience within the area of talent acquisition, preferably with focus on resourcing and employer branding in an international environment with tech professionals. You have the ability to influence and co-create new solutions as well as secure qualitative implementation and working practices. The job requires excellent English and Swedish skills (both oral and written).
