Head of Paid Media

Have you truly worked with digital marketing as a tool for driving business transformation? Would you like to? We are searching for an experienced leader to take on the position as Paid Media Lead.

The Position

As a Head of Paid Media you have a key position in contributing to further development of your team, the Paid Media offering and our client relationships to enable digital growth and the delivery of data-driven marketing solutions.

The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of something new – to drive digital change and introduce new business opportunities in the field of Paid Media and MarTech. By your side you have nearly 300 digital specialists making sure we deliver value and customer loyalty to our clients.  

Some of your main responsibilities:

  • Coach, develop and engage a team of 12 talented Paid Media Specialists
  • Play an active role in your teams delivery, securing quality throughout projects and client activities
  • Grow the team through competence development and recruitment
  • Further development of the Paid Media offer and capability
  • Building long-term strategic relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities
  • Make sure we deliver high-quality services and solutions, challenging the client's status quo

We believe that you:

  • Are an experienced leader, with the ability to grow and develop teams
  • Have a deep understanding of Paid Media and working with cross-channel activities, optimization and automation processes
  • Have experience from a digital agency or consultancy business
  • Are used to working with digital sales, business development and building long-term client relationships
  • Most likely have an academic degree from marketing, communication or business administration
