The Position

In the position as Paid Media Specialist you have an important role in setting up better advertising solutions for your clients in collaboration with data and insights, technology and creative specialists. 

You will contribute to a long term vision and sales plan and build long-term strategic relationships with our clients.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Be part of a cross-functional team of specialists to run the workflows, and technology of paid media operations to deliver significant performance improvements to our clients.
  • Lead the implementation of those technologies and workflows including the onboarding of clients and colleges. 
  • Support operations teams in setting appropriate strategy and omni-channel media plans.
  • Advisor to the clients in your portfolio (we have an amazing client roster with some of Nordic’s best known brands).
  • Present results from campaigns to clients both in less formal setups and towards executives to drive further growth.
  • Execute strategic meetings with clients.
  • Conduct competence development in the field of paid media, both internally with your team and externally with partners or clients.

You have a great interest in digital marketing and like to understand the bigger picture of the digital landscape. You know how to gather data and how to present the data so that it’s easy to comprehend and delivers value to your clients.

Desired capabilities:

  • 2-3 year of work experience 
  • Audience targeting and ROAS optimization workflows
  • Knowledge across search, shopping, social, display and youtube. 
  • Knowledge in advertising in social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. 
  • Knowledge in some of the digital media technology; from major ad networks, such as Google Marketing Platform and Adobe Advertising Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google’s ecosystem and tools such as Google Ads as well as Google Marketing Platform.
  • Speaks and writes in excellent English and Swedish. Positive to understand some of the other nordic languages; FI, DK, NO  
  • Passionate about building and applying digital strategies for global clients
